Dr. Takeshita has extensive expertise in psoriasis epidemiology research and has served as a chair of the American Academy of Dermatology’s Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROM) Working Group, whose aim was to identify optimal PROs for clinical use in dermatology, one of which was the Skindex-Mini for overall quality of life assessment.
