Rachel Hess, MD, MS

Dr. Hess serves as the Medical Director for PROs at the University of Utah. She is a national authority on PROs and the use of technology in medical decision making. Her research has included collection and use of PROs in clinical care as well as an understanding of how health, disease, and life transitions impact PROs. She has overseen Dr. Secrest’s efforts at PRO implementation in dermatology.
